World Marmalade Awards 2017
We were awarded a silver roundel for our Lemon and Welsh Vodka Marmalade 2017 entry. It’s our take on Limoncello and is made with whole fruit organic lemons and a generous slug of Pederyn V Vodka. It’s hand cut, hand stirred and made using the open pan method. We make it this way to preserve the unmistakable lemon flavour and is further enhanced with a delicious welsh vodka.
The World’s Original Marmalade Award judges commented on its fresh lemon flavour finishing with a good kick of vodka. A super response resulting in a Silver Award in the Artisan Marmalade Maker section. It’s another brilliant award for us to add to our list of World Marmalade Award winning preserves!
