Sticky Gingerbread

Rich and darkly decadent, our Sticky Gingerbread is full of warm ginger spice. They are made with Welsh butter, milk, flour and eggs all enhanced by our own blend of sweet spices. A moist and darkly rich gingerbread cake, it is perfect with a cup of freshly brewed coffee.  Enjoy this delicious cake during a quiet moment to appreciate its full Welsh sweet, ginger spice flavour. It was proudly awarded 1-star Great Taste Award from The Guild of Fine Foods.

Welsh Honey and Almond Cake

The sweet honeyed perfume that you get from the very special Welsh heather honey we use is complemented beautifully by the simplicity of the Welsh ingredients in this divine cake. It has a humble Welsh honey, almonds and nutty spelt flavour that you’ll savour.  This cake is a rich, buttery and wholesome treat that you simply can’t get enough of.

Welsh Cider Marmalade Cake

This moreish marmalade cake recipe was created entirely around our award winning Welsh Cider and Seville Orange Marmalade.  Made with our artisan marmalade this cake has a lovely depth of flavour.  The Welsh Cider Seville Orange marmalade has a rustic style and  traditional taste from the local farmhouse style cider we use.  A cake packed with dark apricots and plump sultanas and finished with our award winning welsh cider marmalade.
