Ruby grapefruit (45g fruit in 100g), sugar, raw Welsh heather honey, water, lemon juice.
Allergens:
Contains honey – not suitable for children under 12 months old.
May contain traces of nuts (produced in a kitchen that uses nuts).

This marmalade impressed judges with its appearance, colour, consistency, aroma and flavour. We use Welsh Heather Honey from Bee Welsh Honey who harvest the honey from the hills in Mid Wales. The aroma and flavour of the heather honey is stunning in this award winning marmalade and combining it with ruby grapefruit works so well.
