Welsh Beetroot Chutney is a really versatile chutney and it is a great accompaniment for picnics with it’s rich and vibrant flavour and intense colour. Try it as a simple accompaniment to quiche, especially good with a quiche Lorraine. We love it with a Spanish style tortilla too. It’s a super luxurious and good all round chutney that you’ll rely on having to hand in your pantry.
