Blackcurrant Conserve ~ Welsh grown summer harvest blackcurrants burst with deep, tart fruitiness in this soft set conserve.  Carefully handmade to preserve the fresh and intense dark fruits allowing the blackcurrants to shine.

Welsh grown blackcurrants (56g fruit per 100g), sugar, water.

Jar Size:  155g ℮


May contain trace of nuts (made in a kitchen using nuts). Suitable for vegetarians.

Serving suggestions:

Swirl through natural yogurt for breakfast, spread generously on not buttered toast, crumpets or muffins.

Fill warm scones with this summery blackcurrant conserve and top with clotted cream for your perfect afternoon tea treat.


One of our favourite pudding recipes for our blackcurrant conserve is an indulgent blackcurrant and almond frangipane tart.  The flavour of almonds compliment blackcurrants so well in this delicious pudding.  With a crisp buttery pastry base, deep blackcurrant conserve filling, topped with an almond frangipane cream and toasted almond shards.  Slice and serve warm with clotted cream.
